INTRODUCTION

Umubyeyi Elevate was born from a vision of a world where every mother and parent has the support and information they need to thrive. Founded by Marie Chantal—a mother, doctor, and advocate for maternal health—our organization is deeply rooted in personal experience and professional expertise. Our name, ' Umubyeyi ', meaning ' mother ' in Kinyarwanda, reflects our commitment to nurturing and empowering families at every stage of the parenting journey.

Founder's Message

Being a mother has taught me more than medicine ever could about the strengths and challenges of motherhood. I founded Umubyeyi Elevate to ensure that every mother and parent could access the knowledge, community, and support that I wished had been readily available to me.

We are committed to reducing the risks associated with pregnancy and child-rearing by providing up-to-date, evidence-based information and building a supportive network of experts and fellow parents.
